Elena Diaconu has 18 years experience in ticketing services (for individuals, groups or corporations) and tourism. She released thousands of airplane tickets, from simple to complex ones, from economy class to 1st class, for regular people or VIPs. Elena Diaconu is IATA UFTA accredited agent and founder member of Dedal Tur agency.

Vasile Mrejeru is one of the founding members of Dedal Tur. He stepped in tourism world in 1995, gaining in time the experience and abilities required in order to organize complex touristic activities, such as group voyages in France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, Northern Countries, Iceland, Russia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodgia, Cuba, Argentina, Chile, Canada, Australia, New Zeeland. Plus organising trips in Romania for foreigners (groups or individuals) and events for corporations (teambuildings, parties and excursions).

Energetic and joyful, Loredana Dobrișan contaminates with good mood each person that comes in our agency, proposing efficient solutions for any request. Is founding member of dedal Tur agency and Administrative Manager, with 17 years experience in ticketing and tourism. Loredana is also accredited IATA UFTA member.

Monica Ioniță is IATA UFTA accredited agent and part of Ticketing Department of Dedal Tur agency since 2003. She is in charge of issuing plane tickets for individuals or for groups and is also in charge of organising to the smallest retails the teamsbuildings for companies.

Doru Platon came in our team in october 2002, when Dedal Tur agency had its first birthday. Our colleague is Ticketing Agent with 14 years experience in issueing plane tickets, while also being in charge with car renting services and travel insurances from Mondial Assistance, Omniasig or Allianz Țiriac. As fro business tourism, Doru consideres that a significant cost decrease can occur when organising carefully the travel meetings.

Mădălina Andreia Bîrjovanu joined Dedal Tur agency 3 years ago, as part of Tourism department. She graduated Geography Faculty, being specialised in Tourism Geography and knows (almost) everyting about circuits, stays, city breaks or accomodations, considering that  "It is a pleasure to discover and learn new things from every client that comes in our agency, with every destination and holiday I plan. It's a great feeling to contribute to our clients'memories, and those memories to be a new reason for traveling."

Marian Alexandru Zaharia is the latest member of Tourism Department and he likes to discover new places, things and people during his trips. He wishes to visit SUA and Egypt and so far he has been amazed by the spectacular landscape from Swiss Alps. Alexandru has a passion in geography since highschool, thanks to a motivated teacher; he graduated Geography Faculty (specialisation Tourism Geography) and a Master in Tourism and Hotel Management.

Roxana Elena Oglinzeanu is Chief Accountant in Dedal Tur since 2005. „Communication is very important here. Every problem is solved based on talking and finding solutions together. What is like the most is the fact that I enjoy working here. I also like to organise and coordinate different activities.
